Heart to the Party, Feelings Connected to the Silk Road｜Oneroad Group Co-Hosts Oman Chinese Community’s 105th Anniversary of Party Founding Themed Singing Event
On July 11th 2026, the Oman Chinese community and Chinese-funded enterprises in Oman jointly held the “Loyal to the Party, Heart to the Silk Road” singing event to celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The event was successfully held in Muscat. Oneroad Group, as one of the organizers, actively took the lead in coordinating and preparing the event. About 200 people, including staff from the Chinese Embassy in Oman, overseas Chinese in Oman, and representatives from major Chinese-funded enterprises, gathered to honor the Party’s century-long glory through red-themed melodies.
During the event, Ambassador Lu Jian delivered a speech, fully presenting the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important “July 1th” speech, elaborating on the rich connotations of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on Party building, and providing an in-depth interpretation of the significance of the “Fourteen Upholds” for strengthening the Party and the country. Ambassador Lu encouraged all overseas Chinese in Oman to uphold their love for the Party, the country, and socialism, to actively serve as promoters of China-Oman friendship, storytellers of Chinese stories, and goodwill ambassadors for people-to-people exchange. He called on everyone to closely follow the Party Central Committee, strive forward courageously, and achieve concrete results that live up to the Party and the homeland overseas.
Huang Wenhong, General Manager of the Oman branch of Oneroad Group, spoke on stage as a representative of Chinese-funded enterprises. He said that since the group rooted itself in Oman and deepened its presence in the Middle East market, it has always remained loyal to the Party and guided by Party building, continuously turning the advantages of Party leadership into business and project performance strengths, firmly keeping the right course in overseas operations, and staying true to the original mission of serving the country through industry. In the future, Oneroad Group will continue to base itself at key points along the Silk Road, building bridges of economic and people-to-people exchange between China and Oman countries, and showing the responsibility and mission of Chinese overseas enterprises through practical action and commitment.
Representatives of the overseas Chinese community spoke emotionally at the scene, saying that no matter how far they are abroad, the Party’s leadership is the direction to move forward, and the motherland is the foundation in their hearts. This sense of security is the most valuable support for overseas Chinese. Where the Party flag points is where the hearts of overseas Chinese follow. All Chinese in Oman will always listen to the Party, follow the Party, remain grateful, stay connected to their homeland, stick to their original intentions through practical work, and shoulder the responsibilities of the overseas Chinese community by striving forward. Representatives of multiple Chinese-funded enterprises in Oman also expressed their commitment to maintain Party-guided overseas development, rely on their red roots to stabilize business direction, ensuring development stays on course and the original mission is never forgotten.
The whole event was full of a lively and enthusiastic artistic atmosphere. Overseas Chinese communities in Oman and key cultural figures from various Chinese enterprises took turns performing. Through solo singing, poetry recitations, violin solos, whistling performances, and other diverse art forms, they sincerely sent blessings for the Party’s birthday. At the end of the event, the embassy choir in Oman joined everyone present to sing ‘Without the Communist Party, There Would Be Without New China’ together. The powerful and stirring singing filled the venue, bringing the entire red-themed event to its climax.
