Zhang Chenling, CEO of Oneroad Group, was invited to attend the Global Women’s Alliance Summit.

On December 6th 2025, the Global Women Nexus Summit was successfully held at the Dubai World Trade Center. Zhang Chenling, CEO of Oneroad Group, was invited to attend the summit and joined female leaders from around the world, including Ross Simona Manguelle, Founder and Chairwoman of the African Female Entrepreneurs Organization (FAFE), and Marie Therese Abena Ondoa, Minister of Women’s Empowerment and Family of the Republic of Cameroon.，Awat Mohammed bin Sheikh Majiren, Awad bin Sheikh Mujren, Dr. Abdullah Al Neyadi, and representatives from various industries also gathered to explore the role of women in the global economic landscape and future opportunities together.

In her speech, Ross Simona Manguelle  pointed out that women’s influence on the global economic stage is becoming increasingly significant. In the future, companies will continue to join forces with global partners to create a more inclusive and resilient business ecosystem, giving more women opportunities to speak up, grow, and lead. 

Zhang Chenling, CEO of Oneroad Group, shared the company’s growth journey from starting in Dubai to expanding globally. She stated that Oneroad Group’s stable development across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa is rooted in three core principles: “localization strategy, innovation-driven growth, and cross-cultural collaboration.” She emphasized that Oneroad Group is committed to deeply understanding local market needs, respecting cultural differences, and working with local partners to build a sustainable business ecosystem, which has earned widespread trust. She also shared her personal journey as a female leader and encouraged more women to step into the business world, saying, “Don’t be afraid of challenges. Once you take the first step, you may change the future.” 

During the summit’s networking sessions, Zhang Chenling engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from multinational companies and institutions on potential future collaborations. She stated that Oneroad Group will continue to uphold its corporate philosophy of openness, innovation, and responsibility, actively promote international cooperation, and explore new market opportunities.
